The thing is, you never know; and to have maximum fun and in truth maximum gain, all you need to do is remember that life is an experience.

      Thank you so much for this, Pam. I’ve just read the letter by a Muslim mother to her sons – and was really moved by it. Will show it to my (Muslim) Somali friends, two of whom are bringing up children in Europe. This “letter to…” is such a good idea.

        Yes Lizzy I read it toot and perhaps 20 altogether, all clear as a window on someone’s life and so human. One of them was the JK Rowling one hence the post (from it) of her Harvard address. Also amazing.
