I’ve little doubt that the edge of discomfort you feel is just calling your attention to the gentler state of freedom and appreciation available to you now. That edginess is telling you something to continue to make adjustments. The actual verb is “alignment.” Keep making very small adjustments in your position until you feel like you are in the right place remembering the feeling of mild irritation in your body even as your attention shifts distinctly to your mind.
