For years, the primary focus of your life has been work. The emphasis is rapidly shifting to relationships, and this is a word of caution as much as it is of welcome. As for the caution part, your energy field is opening up to allow others in, and to allow them to have a greater influence on your experience. This will require you to be focused and to maintain a high level of awareness on each individual being who inhabits your world. As for the welcome part, you have tended to get stuck in the ways of the past, when trying to love in the present moment. I suggest that how you love is as important now as who you love, and as who loves you. Be open to people with different ideas about relationship, in particular ones that remember that content is more important than form.

Your cash situation should be loosening up thanks to Mercury returning to direct motion in one of your money angles, and Venus arriving there last week. But hold onto your funds for now, because you’re going to want capital for an upcoming project. Which project? That remains to be seen, as you juggle your priorities and make several key decisions that determine the course of your creative life for the foreseeable future. I do suggest that technology would be a good investment. Not the NASDAQ but, for example, a good fast computer to do some very excellent and well-paying work on. You are in the process of exchanging one kind of authority for another. Nothing about them is the same. The old kind of authority is what you grew up under, what the world suffers from, and the thing you have discovered has been so effective at strangling you. I suggest you experiment with different modes of authority; over yourself, over others, and in the way you perceive the world. You need to do this because this is a key time in your life for taking charge, of yourself, your affairs and to some extent, those around you. Yet this needs to be a new approach to authority, which begins with gentle self-mastery; which continues on the level of ideas; and which mainly involves making agreements, setting boundaries, and respecting those of others.

If you’re feeling like you’re in a tight spot, this would be a great month to feel the squeeze and do something about it. One way to approach difficulty is to let it pass; usually it does. Another way is to use discomfort as an opportunity to make changes — that is, as a power source rather than as something that leads you to prune yourself back. The question you might want to ask involves whether there is enough space for you in your life. You can probably see a way there could be plenty of space, time and companionship, as well as a world that welcomes your creative contribution. If you find yourself encountering the opposite energy let it guide you in the right direction.

A close partner or loved one is involved in a struggle over right and wrong on a matter that’s abundantly clear to you. But what is true for you is unlikely to be true for them, at least in this instance, and it would be a good idea to steer clear of the issue for the next day or two. What seems to be the matter is actually of far less consequence than the far more important question of fear and how to deal with its often damaging effects. If you don’t do anything to suggest that you are a legitimate source of anxiety, then you’ll be in a lot better position to serve as an objective sounding board if and when that time comes. Besides, from the look of things, you seem to have a lot more pleasant ways to divert your attention at the moment.

You must keep a sense of proportion as you get the message that certain adjustments are necessary in your life. This is particularly true regarding a health issue. It’s wise to make adaptations involving your body in gradual degrees, and now is a good time to start. Yet the dominant health issue involves your emotional state, and it may be subtle. In particular, I see a struggle between your need for creative expression and your need to get your work done. In theory everyone goes through this, but most people have given up the ship. Finding the correct balance will do more to help you feel better than any medicine or therapy. Faced with any question, ask another question: What do I value?

Few things in the world are as neat as we want them to be. Anyone who presumes to know someone’s feelings in advance has pretty much left the human realm and entered some other realm. You’re even having a difficult time deciding what is important to you. You can doubt all you need to doubt, but that does not change a basic fact: in one certain situation, someone really does care how you feel. But all of this is getting a bit soggy, and you have some important mountains to climb. Doing something ambitious would help you clear your mind.
