Even if you’re not the spiritual type (which you probably are), I suggest you send some energy in that direction. Use whatever tools or resources you have. Consider ways that meditation or contact with your higher power have brought some result in the past. Tune into the feeling that was involved; for you, the unseen realm has a specific sensation or tone that confirms you’re on that wavelength. This is likely to feel exceptionally positive, loving and potentially erotic. Yet that last attribute can have the odd sensation of sexual one way you look at it, but not exactly sexual the other way you look at it. There are indeed two distinct facets to this, and you’re free to choose either one at any time. The only thing you’d need to do is be aware that the other one exists concurrently. There’s an important metaphysical formula here.

You seem to have two choices or alternatives that have very little relationship to one another. It seems like one thing would lead your life in one direction, and another in a completely different direction. But your job right now is to hold the space for two entirely different things to be true, or at least true enough for you. There is great strength in embracing a particular contradiction rather than running from it, and as you do this, I reckon that a third possibility will present itself that not only resolves the paradox, but does so in a truly pleasant way. Family Focus: Don’t let your pressures become those of the people around you.

You need, I think, to keep one specific goal in mind, and work toward that objective with enormous focus and discipline. It’s not so much a matter of effort exerted but of being consciously aware of your intentions and methods. In a sense, the less you do and the more you think the better, but the solution should be fairly simple and at the same time marshal a lot of power. Problems that have been resistant to progress, particularly of a professional nature, now may be inclined not only to budge, but to create a process whereby many other problems can be solved. Use the methods that work as you learn what they are.

You seem to be more dedicated than ever to a goal or objective that serves the world beautifully. I don’t think that’s going to be hurt by keeping an important personal objective as a high priority. With the energy you have these days, and the relief from your usual background anxiety, you have plenty of energy to do it all. As it turns out, you’re not actually proceeding on two separate paths but rather developing a means to see them as one expression of your creative power. When in doubt or facing a puzzle come back to this one idea. And please get rid of guilt as casually as you flush the toilet.

An important relationship has been on your mind, and you seem to be feeling more deeply committed than ever. While it would be crass to say this means you’re being driven by a selfish goal, there are many kinds of selfish, in this particular case the ends really do justify the means. Today’s Oracle takes us to the Aries weekly for Dec. 11, 2014.

It is up to you to insist on justice, where justice must be done. This is true, even if you seem to be the only person who cares. It is therefore your right, privilege and responsibility to be fair, and to set the example of fairness. This is especially true in our times of shifting foundations and the decay of social values. Where there are no morals, that is when ethics must take over. These concepts are similar, though in my use of the words, morals are externally imposed, and ethics emerge from within oneself, as a voluntary choice. The thing is, you’re in an instant karma moment. The world will meet you exactly where you meet the world. Your fairness will be rewarded by that reflection in the universe. But what is more apparent is that your willingness to listen to others about what they value will create an environment where you feel safe being yourself. These small gestures add up to far-reaching changes.
