Today’s Oracle takes us to the Leo weekly for July 25, 2016.

Energy is now pumped in all three of the fire signs. The Sun, Mercury and Venus are in your sign, which is picking up on (and feeding) the energy of all the other fire signs. What that describes is the drive to do beautiful things. Yet there is a wider theme: self-awareness. The world is going through some extreme growing pains right now. Much of this is being driven by a struggle to awaken that’s being ignited by the grand fire trine in the sky (that’s when all three fire signs have planets in them). For you, this is an invitation to stay awake and present in your life. Do what matters to you. Hang out with people you care about. Try going out without your phone for a whole evening and engaging only with people in the physical world. Most of all, let yourself feel passion. The way consciousness is today, actual passion will feel a little dangerous, as if you care so much, or feel so good, that you’re about to burst into flames.

There is a fine line between work and play, but we’re not conditioned to see life that way. This is one of the many places we put up a wall where a tree will do just fine. It would not be an issue had our parents not conditioned us to do what “makes money” and “makes sense” instead of what we feel we need to do. It would be even less of an issue if that were not being passed along as a dominant message to yet another generation of young people. This issue has come under the microscope for you now. The contrasts involved seem enormous, and may give the impression of being impossible to reconcile. At the moment, you are leaning toward the creative side of the divide. You are being reminded of a vision you have carried for a long time. This is a kind of last reminder. It will last through most of this year, but after that time you will need to remind yourself.

Life is not really so confusing, particularly if you let the confusion sit for a little while and get a sense of what’s going on inside it. A good few things are sorting themselves out right now; but what’s somehow clicked into place is a more clear idea of who you are. This is partly Saturn at work; you seem to have many reasons to affirm your own maturity capability and stability. But what you’ve got working to your advantage most of all is your ability to change your mind when you’re presented with new information. But then decisions are one sign of true inner confidence — no matter how else you may feel at the time.

Letter to a friend: I forgive you for being such a bitch. I know you better than to take it personally. Remember, I know what you’ve been through. Of course you know that. What is spiritual anyway if it doesn’t forgive, if it doesn’t remember love and forget random faithless moments that will be forgotten anyway? It sucks always being made wrong, or worse, having grown up with the haunting feeling of fault. You’ve actually managed to surround yourself with people who really care and would never do that to you, never invoke that old feeling that’s been beamed at you in the past for no good reason. The only sanity in this world is to accept love when you need it.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Sagittarius weekly for Sept. 28, 2006.

Suddenly, you have so many more options — and you’re reaping the financial and emotional rewards of many jobs well done. True, there are always wrinkles and things you need to mend, and it’s a great idea to travel with a little sewing kit and an extra set of batteries. But anticipating a minor challenge or two is not exactly what you would call pessimism. I also recognize that your taste for adventure has been tempered lately by your encounters with all-too-practical reality. Factoring all of this in, I propose it’s time to start living boldly again. You’ve done some of your best work the past few months, and even where you’ve fallen short of your aims, you’ve gained immeasurable knowledge. Family Focus: Get everyone out of the house — parties, friends’ homes and little adventures.
