While you’re at it, test your theories, whether in a simulator or in some form of reality. This is the time to begin the vital process of grounding your ideas about life into reality. Take tangible steps, even if they are small. Tangible means you can document your progress; you can make and receive commitments; there is a sense of exchange and development, no matter how small it may seem. You need to create a working model of the world you want, rather than having the whole thing be in your head. It is true that in recent years you have come up against many limitations that have caused you to question whether the world, or anyone for that matter, is ready for you. It’s time to resolve that issue.

What you express to yourself is what you have available to express in relationships. I suggest, therefore, that you be abundantly open with yourself and within yourself; keep absolutely no secrets about what you want, who you want, what you need and who you need. As you do this, you will obviously stumble into inner pockets where revealing your own feelings to yourself will have a daunting quality, as if the world might end if you admit some urgent necessity to yourself. You may feel self-righteous if you dare to claim your identity or your desire to be a certain way in the world. I would add that you may feel it’s unethical to concentrate so deeply on self-knowledge, because somehow that negates the existence or reality of others. I promise you, it does no such thing. The more you know yourself, the more you will know, love and appreciate others. The freer you are with yourself, the more others around you will feel free, and the wider and brighter space they will have to love you.

You reach a turning point in your career, putting you in the spotlight again. It may be scary given your recent doubts, but I suggest you leave yourself open to imagination. A dream you’ve had is slowly starting to piece itself together, giving you a vantage point of the solid abundance available to you. Do what you can to conquer your fears and need for control. If you can keep an open mind and sense of perspective you can reach a deeper understanding of a perplexing dilemma. Be honest and willing to listen, a piece of information you hear can liberate you from your anxiety about the future. It may take a little longer to sort out the details. But if you keep a sense of the highest hopes in your heart, you can manifest them with love and dedication.

You’re about to figure out what you’re angry about. It’s funny how something can irritate or grate on you, and you don’t even know what it is. Then when you do, you have the choice to act, or suppress your feelings. There’s not much territory between. In or out are the options. However, it’s not healthy to turn anger or resentment onto yourself. While it’s not exactly peace-loving to turn your anger outward onto loved ones, even if they are the ones who provoked you, turning it inward results in guilt and sickness. You don’t need to rage out at anyone. Going to the gym would be helpful — your present state of mind demands some physical expression. The chances are that something in your present environment is referencing, and triggering, something in the past. Ask yourself what this is about. Listen to yourself. Say what you need to say, and do what you need to do. You can.

There are those moments when it’s possible to forget who you were, and become the person you are now. Sometimes to get there it seems necessary to obsess over the past, or the past obsesses over you. It also may be necessary to be confronted over and over again with who and what you are not, and who and what does not work for you. Here in the world of duality, contrast can be a helpful tool. It’s also a tool that only gets us so far. What you’re feeling for is a subtle shift of feelings — or rather two of them. The first shift will be a bit like, “This is me, but it’s not quite me.” The second will feel like, “This is absolutely correct, no matter what happened in the past.” The nature of the change is emotional. The mental level will reflect your deeper sensation, but ultimately you are striving to feel right about your existence. Now, many would say this is a process that takes some time, but I would remind you of two things. One is you’ve been at it for a while. The second is that in actual fact, there comes a point of decision that is the actual place where the ‘issue’ is worked out, the choice is made, and the fact that this is your life becomes so obvious as to be undeniable for another minute. After that, the rest is landscaping.

You are doing a good job of working with those who support you, and what you may be figuring out is that communication is key to the process. Keep the dialog open with everyone, even those you dislike or don’t necessarily trust. Treat the people around you with as close to equal priority as you can, and remember that anyone can present you with an opening that opens the way not just for you but for everyone with whom your life is integrated. This is the concept to work with — integration, or put in another form, integrity. Every viewpoint that you hear or observe can contribute significantly to your own. This will compel you to keep a wide-open mind and enter a process of give-and-take with your own opinions. Over the next few weeks, you will see many times that an open mind is your very best friend.
