Figure out which aspects of your thinking are backwards. Backwards includes acting as if you exist in some time rather than the present; or in reversing responsibility for whatever situations you face; or wanting things you don’t really want; or aspiring downwards; or not putting first things first. Backwards also includes not distinguishing truth from lies in their various forms or not noticing certain things that are supposed to nourish you actually deplete you. If you can see where your thinking is backwards, it will be much easier to straighten it out.
