The solution to the riddle of fear is being conscious about what you do with your creative energy, and keeping it positive. Engage your mind with thoughts of what you want rather than what you don’t want. Focusing on something is like watering a plant. If you choose what thoughts you want to grow and give them attention, that’s what you will nourish. If your thoughts go astray, gently guide yourself back to where you want to be. Remember: you have the power to choose.
