This month is the time to reassess a certain set of plans potentially relating to how you get your emotional needs met. It may seem like no matter what you reach for you push further away. You may think what you need is going to hurt you. I suggest you reach for yourself and remember that you need yourself. If you can use that as a point of origin you will find it a lot easier to relate to others in your environment. You’d do well to go on a search for all self-defeating thoughts including those elusive things called paradoxes. If you find any resolve them or throw them away. They are traps.
