Photographing “The Consecration of the Emperor Napoleon and the Coronation of Empress Joséphine on December 2, 1804,” at the Louvre in 2015. Jacques Louis David, the painter of this oeuvre, attended the actual coronation which took place in the Notre Dame Cathedral.
