Indeed, there are far better roads to leadership, and you are, at the moment, blessed with them being available to you. Sometimes you have to get things done without actually taking command; sometimes you just have to take over and quietly organize your mission or project around your opposition, while giving the people who think they are in charge the impression that they surely are. If you pay attention, you’ll make no enemies, and get everything done.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Gemini weekly for Aug. 20, 2010.

Creative process often goes in fits and starts. There are days when you get everything done, and days when between the electric meter reading, your mom or your kid calling you three times and the monumental task of making lunch, you get very little done. The important thing is that you persist from day to day. More meaningful than that, go deeper, reach for the source of creativity rather than the results, and do your best to let appearances drop away. I suggest you be undeterred by delays, and return to your creative objective, whatever it may be, on a daily basis. Bear in mind, as well, that there is no creative process that is disconnected from a healing process. I suggest you keep both in your thoughts and your feelings, touching base with the deeper sense of history that you’re working to resolve, as you simultaneously create this next phase of your existence.

Perhaps we cannot escape, but we can keep creating. We can keep opening up the worlds of possibilities until we see one we can abide. There has hardly ever been a time when the creative process of your soul was stronger, though this is not the time to play with ideas; you are close to the point of perfect maturity, where your ideas become the only thing that guides your labor, your efforts, your designs. As the days pass, the chance that you can even think of doing work that lacks meaning, inspiration or passion is being reduced to nothing. You are being drawn as if by some cosmic force toward your one true mission; but it will not merely happen of its own accord. You must do it, and you must let it do you.

You may be uncertain whether you want to retreat into a deeply private space, or proclaim your reality to the world. If you’re considering doing both, you go in the order above: private first, then outward. You’re processing some deep material, particularly around your sexuality and your way of having relationships. You’re the kind of person who says what’s on your mind and who goes for what you want, but you have inner material that’s all but begging for your attention. If you pay attention to what is percolating from the deepest layers of your psyche, your desires will change, as will your perception of your needs. Since you have a good chance of getting what you reach for, I suggest you make sure it’s what you really want.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Virgo monthly for March 2017.

To keep your life manageable, pay attention to finances, to sex and, in particular, to the place where the two meet. This may be the single most complicated place in all of Western society, and you have a lot going on there now. There seem to be a good few people involved, and it would make sense to either focus on the ones who really have some influence, or clear out as many as you can. You simply do not need so many people involved in your business. Simplifying your life would make an excellent start. There’s one necessity that stands tall among all other goals: it’s up to you to make sure that people pay you what they owe you. To do this, either make polite requests, try friendly persuasion, or use insistence. Whichever, you must persist and make sure that you’re given your due. The main factor determining whether this is successful is your own commitment. You seem to be heavily invested in someone else’s affairs, and you must show some spine and demonstrate your independence. Ultimately, if someone balks at their obligation, treat the commitment as being in default, and move on. Nobody owns you, or holds a lease on you; you are not a commodity; and your value is not assessable in dollars and cents. You are your own person, and ideally that’s where true respect begins.
