Make a list of everything you would need to do to take care of yourself, and get busy. What’s missing from your life? Exercise? Getting outside? More wholesome food? Cleaning out closets? Better rest? Focus your life on providing those things for yourself. What do you have too much of? Responsibility? Visibility? Relentless effort? Ease back on that and see if you can let your mind, rather than brute force, do the work. When you experience resistance, whether internal or in your environment, pause and see if you can figure out where it’s coming from. You’re making an adjustment in how you assert your will. Rather than applying pressure or persuasion, see if you can align yourself with the right thing. This may take an act of faith, but it won’t be blind faith. If you gently lean into what you want, or want to do, you might find that the world moves more easily than you expected.

Something has shifted in your mental environment, and as a result, your perception of relationships. You may be under more stress about this than you’ve been aware of, then it surfaces, and then it fades into the background again. The current pressure seems like the urgent need to make a decision. It’s like you’re living in a holoworld where you have to re-think and re-decide every decision you’ve ever made, and yet at the same time you may have many insecurities about doing just that. This state of being is here to teach you something, but it’s not literally true. It would be more accurate to call the whole effect an illusion, which you will be able to see more clearly once the feeling has passed. Then you will be either left wondering what all the fuss was about, or having the whole experience fade like a dream. Do you even know what you really think about a certain matter of great importance to you? It’s strange what we can just ignore or “fail to notice.” Denial is an awfully powerful trick of the mind. But this is a great time to give denial the old cancel-cancel-cancel, and really notice-notice-notice. While certain developments may seem too amazing or obvious for you to somehow miss, I would not put any mystery past your mind these days. Many horoscope signs are concerned with the nature of dualism; for example, the twins of Gemini representing two aspects of one person, perhaps signifying the body-soul relationship. The dualism of Taurus has been spoken of as the “horns of the dilemma,” signifying the deeply-rooted contradictions and difficult choices that characterize your often tumultuous inner life. If you’ve been paying attention, you’re picking up on the fact that there’s a crucial purpose to what some would see merely as pointless philosophical struggle, and what others would see as life’s tests. I’m content with neither of those viewpoints, and I propose you not settle for them, either. It is clear that you are moving inward through layers of yourself, sometimes with what seems like terrifying speed and at other times, barely fast enough. This is a journey toward something within you, some seed idea or core concept that has, in truth, guided your whole life so far. As you proceed inward, you may feel compelled to cast off aspects of yourself, to confront seeming “flaws” in your nature, and to endure what seem like personal losses. This will be easier if you remember that these are merely layers of yourself you no longer need, and that what seem to be sacrifices will move you faster toward embodying your untouched and invulnerable inner spirit.
