Today’s Oracle takes us to the Sagittarius weekly for July 19, 2013.

If you’re going to explore your passion, your desire or your need to surrender, choose someone who is either a match for your energy or who has a lot more mojo than you do. Then, bring yourself fully into the situation. Allow yourself to participate. Set aside the approach-avoid routine, for which you’re so notorious; remember how long you’ve waited to let go of all this energy that you’re holding onto. In case you’re tempted to keep holding on, I suggest you ask yourself how that’s serving you — even if that ‘service’ is negative. There’s a long list of possibilities, and it would be excellent if you were really familiar with this material. There are many more reasons why you will be happier if you uncork the bottle and let yourself breathe, feel and spill over your brim.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Capricorn weekly for Feb. 12, 2015.

You may feel like something is bugging you but you don’t know what it is. You might be feeling upbeat and able to face the challenges of life, but there’s something that you cannot put into words that’s annoying you. The obvious solution? Try putting it into words. You might not be able to fit it into five words or a page, but if you do The Artist’s Way morning pages routine for a week or so, you will learn a lot. That means writing out three pages as early in the day as you can, and setting the pages aside. After about a week, read them over and see what you’ve got. It’s likely you will have figured out your little thing long before that, and will have discovered that it is, indeed, rather small. But it may give you a big clue to cultivating future happiness.

Saturn is a heavy influence; there is no getting around that. Saturn presents what seem like problems, but other influences are suggesting that you use your head in the quest for solutions. These need to be large solutions based on large ideas, but make sure that each plugs into an immediate need. Like any inventor, you need to keep reworking your plan. Speed is less the issue than is persistence. Trust your daily effort even if you don’t see the results.

Sometimes getting pissed off, horny or greedy is truly spiritual. It is spiritual because, no matter what the holy men, the holy books or the holy rollers tell us, we are humans having a human experience. This entails the experience of emotion of inner heat, of desire and of pain that reaches the feelings and the body. You may at the moment be angry about being angry about something that turns out to not to be based in truth; but that is all the more reason to acknowledge your feelings. Denial is curiously human, but indulging it does not help us become more so.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Aries monthly for November 2014.

Something you’ve recently learned or discovered about yourself now must be taken to heart in a relationship situation. Self-knowledge is the basis of any agreement you have with another person, and when you gain some of that (or what looks like quite a bit) it will necessarily influence your agreements with others. Or rather, it will if you are paying attention, and if you want to live sincerely. You have long known that you could not fit yourself into any situation or partnership that is smaller than you are. True, it’s the way of the world to try to cram ourselves into these situations, though such a compromise will eventually fall apart. You might start from the premise that no compromise is possible — not, at least, on the specific matters you have identified. And then what? Well, one solution to that puzzle is that you proceed as an individual on your own terms, and others will get to enter your life as individuals on their own terms. A relationship is not two people living as one, because in truth that is not possible. It’s two people acknowledging their mutual existence, respecting one another for their similarities and their differences. If this sounds like walking over a cliff, it’s because maturity is in short supply these days, though from the look of your chart, you are being called to tap into your deepest reserves.

The present astrology will light up all the most meaningful questions of your life. I suggest you let the questions stand; let them be what they are. Notice how your perceptions are different when you admit that they exist and when you pretend they don’t exist. Beneath them is a level of certainty that can only come from faith. Faith is not as abstract as religion makes it seem. Actually, it’s about having confidence in yourself. In the second instance, it’s about having confidence in others, which may be somewhat lacking at the moment. Therefore, tend your own garden, and remember how far you’ve come in a relatively short time. It is true that plenty remains unresolved in your life, but take heart, because that means the book is still open.
