Horrible though it is to relate, I dreamed of Farage the night before last. He was skipping towards me like a naughty schoolboy, laughing and fondling a red ball in his right-hand trouser pocket. The ball was Britain.
I have a feeling that he’s on Putin’s payroll along with other leading – sorry, leaving – Brexiteers. It’s in Putin’s interest to weaken Europe so that he can play Crimea wars all over again and impose his will on former Soviet territories. First they take Britain out then target other countries one by one until the EU is dismantled.
Putin made a fortune from taking ownership of the industries which rightfully belonged to all the Russian people under Communism. Doubtless there are others who would like to do the same with Western democracies and their major industries.
