Indeed not, Amanda. Cheetos are banned in Britain – it’s an EU directive so will probably be rescinded when Brexit slithers through Parliament.

I did feel that the story of the reconstruction of the oldest known British inhabitant – and, in particular, the colour of his skin – was a change in the arc of our history. Immigrant white supremacists should perhaps consider their own origins before demanding that other races go back to where they came from. A more detailed follow-up piece from the BBC indicates this was probably the Middle East. Irony, pure irony. It’s trending on Twitter, of course.

I am so psyched upon learning of the Cheddar man and what his genome entailed, thank you Geoff and Amanda for telling the story to PW readers! It’s so silly, and cruel b/c it’s true when considering how stupid the human population is to sort humanity by skin color– as if the attribute was any better than wind is to rain, dirt is to snow, plants are to animals, or (fill-in-blank) persons are to (fill-in-blank) persons (pick your skin color to-fill-in the blank). Aquarius introduces the Cheddar man, soon the Piscean energy will ponder it even more! Can’t wait for the dialogue and understanding to continuously unfold to an awakened human state!
Poetic justice too-coming from the middle eastern region of the world, how could they?!

It is enthralling, Pisces Sun, and the sort of quirky twist of fate that I feel may come to surprise us more and more as we move into the Aquarian age and learn more about the cosmic environment that we’ve been born into. It seems strange to me to that some people should still think that the way things are is the way they have always been, as if by dictat from God. Charlie Darwin says: “No!”

Forgive my gay religious bent, but I’ve felt for a long time that this is the sort of surprise that may greet fundamentalist Christians when St Peter tells them at the gate that Jesus, although not practising, was a homosexual, and that their lack of all-embracing love is not conducive to eternal peace in Heaven. Oops!

We’ve a long way to go, of course, and it wouldn’t be fair on succeeding generations if we were to solve all the mysteries and enigmas of space and time in our lifetime. For the moment, let’s give thanks that we are once again on the side of the outcasts, the underdogs, those who, for whatever reason, do not measure up to the high ideals of perfection. There can be no goal worth reaching that berates those unable to attain it. It’s not the winning, it’s the taking part. Money can’t buy you love, but it might get you accused of inappropriate behaviour 20 years down the line.
