There are times when you must leave a situation be, and accept it as it is, and there may be such a scenario in your life. Once you have gained experience, it cannot be lost. You can try to ignore what you’ve learned, but why would you? Developing skills, healing pain, growing, creating art, and the integration of pleasant sensations and responses all depend upon building on one’s experience. If today you confront some form of “starting all over,” especially sexually or in some other physical/material way, take heart.
