Today, at the Sundance Film Festival, Amy Goodman broadcasts an interview with Owen Suskind, son of Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Ron Suskind. Owen’s experience of growing up with autism has been told in the new documentary, “Life, Animated,” directed by Roger Ross Williams.

Amy talks to Owen and Ron about living with autism, and how the discovery of Owen’s love of Disney films helped his family to communicate with him. Roger then speaks with Amy on #OscarsSoWhite, as the first African-American director to win an Academy Award, and his views on the call for a boycott.
