Today’s Oracle takes us to the Gemini weekly for May 12, 2006.

It will take some time to sort out what is true from what is false, including your own beliefs and opinions — but not quite as long as you think. The risk you run is taking action based on incomplete information. Therefore, I would rate to you the first law of investigative journalism as written for posterity by your scribe, Eric Francis. It is: know when you don’t know. Then, based on the fact that you do not know, seek to find out. You need to use your nose as much as your mind; listen to what your dreams are telling you as much as you believe what your eyes see and your ears hear.

The Saturn-Pluto conjunction is separating, but still strongly influencing our experience. While this event will happen two or three times in the lives of most people, this particular instance is a moment of convergence and reckoning for the world and for us as individuals.

You’ve seen yourself mirrored and distorted in the eyes of the people around you so much lately, that it has been absolutely essential to keep clear of projections and an awareness of who you are at all times. You could NEVER just be one of the crowd. But truth is the crowd does not really want to be one of the crowd either. Your ability to keep sight of your soul even when other people are being indecisive is what keeps you ahead of the game. If you’ve been concerned regarding an important matter surrounding your home, family or security, there is important news surfacing which is likely to prove to be reassuring and bring a flood of relief. It will though require you to get over the darker fears that control you and actually take that step towards allowing yourself to feel comfortable in your own skin.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Aries weekly for August 28, 2009.

I spent an hour with my mentor and therapist Joe Trusso this week, working through the theme of how anger and reason are incompatible. The same mind may be processing the experience, but that’s about all they have in common. Mars has moved into a position in your chart where you’re likely to have some emotional chaos stirred up, and that is likely to include some rage. I would ask you to ask yourself if there’s something beneath it: a well of emotion that is translating to hypersensitivity. This is deeply personal territory, and only you can make the journey. I would propose that you not be deceived by anger, particularly at partners or family members, no matter how justified it may seem. Meanwhile, you don’t have to take it out on yourself.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Pisces weekly for October 24, 2003.

What would happen if your life really were the expression of your spiritual values? It may just become that in the next few days, so I suggest you do an inventory and begin to dump all the old stock of hand-me-down religious beliefs that have expired, came from contaminated sources, or were installed in your mind to get you under someone’s control. You’ll need to search carefully and consciously, because they may not look like what you learned in Sunday School. If you emerge from the next six or so weeks a more liberated, independent and mature person, I assure you it will be because you took over the job formerly delegated to God and did it with much greater kindness and compassion.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Libra monthly for June 1, 2001.

Venus, the planetary goddess of Libra, has spent several months in your opposite sign Aries. My sense is that this has enhanced your experience of dualism, that is, the idea that life and relationships are made of opposites. Yet these opposites contain one another, and you can, if you look, see a bit of yourself in everyone you meet, and in all situations in which you are called upon to act. In these days people will, as well, see you from more of your own viewpoint, and perhaps more like the person you know yourself to be on the inside. This is a greater blessing than you might have imagined, because you get the chance to resolve some of your doubts about who that person is. For a little while longer, I would say it’s really safe to trust the reasonable things that people say about you, whether these are compliments or criticisms. At least you can consider everything you hear, and make decisions on your own about what makes sense, which is a good start.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Sagittarius weekly for April 24, 2009.

Words are important. They are a crucial aspect of commitment. At the moment, that commitment involves manifesting something that does not currently exist. Speak only the words that you mean, and make sure you mean precisely what you want to say. Images are meaningful, perhaps more meaningful, but they can have an ambiguous property and thus lack precision; but they make up for it in impact. In your personal healing process, or creative process or both, I suggest you work with both, using one to support the other. One is probably going to turn out to be more influential than the other — but not without the integration of the two. There will be a product of this sacred union: an idea. There is something visionary about your sign, and at the moment both of your guiding planets — Chiron and Jupiter — are perfectly integrated with Aquarius, the sign of ideas. Not just any ideas: when these two signs get together, ideas are born that change the course of history.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Libra weekly for March 26, 1999.

The funny thing about Blue Moons is, they’ve been showing up quite often lately. I have not been keeping count, but this reportedly rare condition — of two Full Moons occurring within one calendar month — seems to be breeding like a rabbit. There’s yet another Blue Moon coming March 31. In Libra, by the way. (And in the Western US, the timing is perfect to watch the astronomically exact opposition between the Sun and the Moon cross the horizon that evening. find a high place with views of both horizons.) All I can say is, the Blue Moon chart is juicy, and it rings like bells, and its skin is as soft as … well, a Libra’s bottom. I am going to take a week off from suggesting any glorious possibilities for you; I might fall far short of what’s coming.
