Today’s Oracle takes us to the Libra monthly for August 15, 2005.

Trust that you know right from wrong and trust that you’re a fair person. You may not go around sending out press releases about how fabulous you are but at this point you’ll need to have absolute faith that what you see is what is so. It may look fine to everyone else; but then one could display a stale loaf of bread under a spotlight and make it look tantalizing. Anyway listen to what people are saying and be sure you let them have it when they make no sense at all or start diving into the red.

The Saturn-Pluto conjunction is separating, but still strongly influencing our experience. While this event will happen two or three times in the lives of most people, this particular instance is a moment of convergence and reckoning for the world and for us as individuals.

I don’t think you need to worry about being too self-assured, because built into the Pisces sense of reality is awareness of how fragile everything in this world is. At the moment, you personally possess an unusual awareness of the strength of your character, and the clarity of your own goals. There is nothing about what you’re doing that contradicts any larger purpose you’ve set for yourself, or that you suspect may exist. These facts add up to an excellent homing device that will lead you through the world with gentle, confident steps.

Are you ready for the changes that are emerging in your life? Maybe not. But probably so. I suggest you think of this as an experiment in becoming. Stretch into the new territory of Self. Remember how, just a few months ago, you were so eager to do this; what an urgent necessity it was, though that was driven by an external factor. Now the impulse is coming from within you, and there’s no denying this. The translation you’re experiencing is a little like going from fantasy to reality. We’ve all had this experience: what is hot and yummy in the imagination has a different quality when we manifest it in 3D. And as with erotic experimentation, it’s worth experimenting consciously, trying again, and giving yourself a chance to grow into the manifestation of your desires. We both know it will be worth it.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Libra monthly for January 28, 2011.

There’s really only one way to process this much energy, and that is rock and roll. Define this concept as you will: art, music, social activism, passionate sex — anything expressive. That is the opposite of depressive. This is the kind of energy you want to let flow, but there’s so much of the stuff that it’s calling for guidance in truly constructive, creative directions. I only say this because there are other possibilities for how it might manifest, particularly if you’re feeling overwhelmed. And the way to avoid that is to have something better, which is the movement of vital force. This is an excellent time to figure out that you have two basic positions — flow and blockage. It’s the time to figure out from experience, not merely from theory, that energy is energy, and that it is we who turn it dark or light. It happens that, at the moment, plenty depends on your ability to make this recognition real — in that you could easily be overwhelmed by the intensity of the flow; and that you could find yourself with some of the most magnificent creative opportunities on your hands. With this power surge, flowing through the sign Aquarius, you may be inclined to take risks you would not ordinarily take; if you make sure those risks are in a spirit of love and conscious experimentation, you will be safe. Saturn is in your sign, suggesting that you can apply the concept of boundaries in a useful and workable way.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Sagittarius monthly for November 27, 2014.

This month, Saturn enters your sign for the first time since Nov. 12, 1988, when the prior Saturn in Sagittarius phase ended. You’re entering a time of transition. Part of what will make that real is focusing what you’ve learned about yourself since this time in 2012, and taking that to heart. In particular, the central topic is the nature of fear and how you respond to it. You might say we live in the age of, ‘I know a lot, but I don’t do anything with the information’. You are entering the age of, ‘I must use everything I know about myself’. In essence, this is the time of mastering your accountability for yourself, which means being accountable for that elusive thing known as self-knowledge. This is the thing you’ve been waiting for. You may not think so, but as this quality of existence begins to pick up momentum, I think you will get the idea. Central to the theme is being the master of your own life. Yes, you can do it.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Aquarius weekly for September 26, 2008.

I suggest you take an opportunity to keep your affairs close to home; that is, focus on your immediate environment rather than some long-distance environment that you may be concerned with. While there is no one special concern at the moment, developments during the next few weeks will begin to emphasize the relationship between your sense of self (including your purpose), your immediate surroundings and your relationships with your neighbors. It may be that a distant situation has in effect taken over your awareness, preventing you from focusing on something of current importance. It could also be that you feel daunted by what is immediately at hand, and it’s easier to focus on something abstract. If you want to know yourself, stick to what is practical, immediate and tangible.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Gemini weekly for July 30, 2015.

You’re being called to fulfill your mission in life, though that might be the nature of your crisis at the moment. You have so much going for you, and you know it. You have a genuine desire to succeed — and not only that, to do what you must do in order to succeed. Yet it would help if you focused your vision. Make an effort to be specific about what success would mean, and what it would entail. There seem to be two major forces at work here — one that is offering you clear ideas, and another that’s offering you an inspired but vague vision. The clear ideas come with questions, perhaps about your capabilities. The vague ideas are difficult to grasp and are easy to get lost in. So you might forget the whole idea of a goal for a while, and invest your energy gaining confidence in what you do, by doing more of it. I believe that the real issue is that you feel insecure, and this would undermine anyone. Therefore, practice — and keep your ears open for the sound of opportunity.
