Today’s Oracle takes us to the Sagittarius monthly for November 21, 2005.

There are real changes coming in the lives of all Sagittarians. I would say that, at the least, they are in the process of making discoveries about their power, which in a sense means their power in relationship to you. This is not exactly a standoff but it is what you might call the exercise of healthy rebellion. It’s not exactly their typically fair-minded nature suddenly taking on shades of darkness as it is the realization that there’s a world within them they never previously noted — a world in which you don’t quite factor.

The Saturn-Pluto conjunction is separating, but still strongly influencing our experience. While this event will happen two or three times in the lives of most people, this particular instance is a moment of convergence and reckoning for the world and for us as individuals.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Taurus weekly for July 8, 2005.

There is a solution to your current situation, but you have to see it to believe it. Your tendency to exaggerate the importance of your feelings above your ideas about your life will slowly ease off, but that’s probably at an all-time high at the moment. When you can see things more rationally, the solution will fall into your lap. For now, I suggest you keep up with the flow of feelings, or just let it pass through you. Do whatever is the least stressful in this moment. There are certain things over which you have no power. There are certain things over which you do. You may not be able to tell which is which today. But soon, I assure you.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Capricorn weekly for June 17, 2005.

Surprise (or surprising) professional developments this week can have far-reaching implications for you and others though this may not be obvious at the moment they occur. However it will be obvious by this time next week. It’s important that you not judge what’s happening but rather put your energy into responding in a calm and professional way. A number of people are waiting in the wings to help you who would in fact make an excellent team. Hopefully you’ve been courting their support and making sure they know you love and trust them. If you have not been sending that message now’s a great time to start.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Pisces weekly for June 18, 2010.

The ongoing Jupiter-Uranus conjunction has you under so much pressure to recognize your value, your contribution and like you belong on the planet that the project could easily backfire. I suggest you make a series of efficiency refinements. The first of these is to feel the logical result of these planetary signs and work backwards from there. For example: how would you feel if you were solidly confident of your place in the world, with part of that confidence being that others recognize your contribution? That’s the posture you need to take: a kind of quiet assurance that may not, by the way, feel so natural for nervous, the-world-on-her-shoulders psyche of a Fish. I am proposing that the show is not going to start without you; you’re the star of this particular production. Nobody can play your role, and reruns of Futurama aren’t cutting it anymore.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Aquarius monthly for August 1, 2005.

Life seems to be sending you all kinds of mixed signals lately but you need to trust that your most reliable information comes from you not from others and not from signs and omens. There seems to be a factor testing your newfound stability or at least your faith in it. There will be other tests and while you need to take them seriously you also need to draw strength from your deepest level of trust in yourself and the greater course of your life. On a practical note there is no situation that will develop that will not come without a sufficiently adequate and well-timed caution to allow you to take aversive action. But you need to know a warning when you see it and you need to make an effort to get to the bottom of the situation sooner rather than later. And make sure nobody gets a second chance to deceive you.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Aries weekly for November 2, 2012.

What is someone close to you going through? More than you may imagine. And this may be more than you want to address if somehow your actions are being associated with any problems or instability that someone close to you is facing. Your actual level of responsibility remains an open question, so rather than coming to conclusions I suggest you check back over the past few days (or longer) and investigate the ways you might be accountable. Take responsibility for what you know is yours, which includes making different choices. That’s both a gesture of integrity and of goodwill. However, this situation goes deeper; there are other influences, some of them involving pain from old psychological scars. It may take someone you care about some time to identify the cause of their pain; the best way you can support that process is by not seeking attention, not offering ‘spiritual solutions’, and generally keeping your suggestions to yourself. Instead, pay attention to what is going on for you. Investigate your own past — there is likely to be a parallel situation in your own life, and you will benefit from taking care of it.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Aries monthly for September 27, 2013.

Others will have little choice but to deal with the fact that you cannot be anyone but yourself. Now, from one point of view, is it really possible ever to be anyone but yourself? Yet we all know how much faking so many people do. You’ve even done a little yourself every rare once in a while. You can count on opening your mouth and saying exactly what comes to mind, and trusting that the results will sort themselves out. I suggest you notice what you say to whom. Rather than being far flung and out of control, you’re being more precise than you may think. It just may take you some time to have respect for your own point of view, especially if you manage to send out some ripples or have a few objections sent your way. Pay attention to who says what; notice who is turned on by your outbursts of authenticity. The one thing that nobody can complain about is that you’re getting a lot done. I suggest you engage that fully, and focus an agenda of everything you want to get done for the rest of the year (assuming you’re on such a schedule) and set about doing it sooner rather than later. Get a solid start on every project; get your research and your facts together; make progress while there’s progress to be made.

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Libra monthly for May 21, 2015.

Pay attention to how you think others perceive you. It may not be true, but your ideas will tell a story. Then you can check whether that story teaches you anything useful. The reality as I see it is that you have tremendous respect and admiration coming from your peers. You can turn that into support or creative opportunity. Yet secretly, you may have your doubts. You may be wondering whether you’re really worthy of anyone’s high opinion of you, or their recognition of your talent. The doubts you may be feeling very likely belong to someone else. I know they seem real, but consider the possibility that they are part of someone else’s legacy. Let’s take this a step further. Imagine for a moment the most frightening, negative things that you heard about religion as a child: the rules, the threats, the twisted logic. Did that in any way set limits on your bliss? Consider what your parents were told, and how that may have filtered through to you in language that was not obviously dressed in the garb of religion. Once you see these things for what they are, it will be easier to acknowledge them and make choices that are not covertly misinformed by them. The thing to hunt for are messages that somehow establish the validity of a negative self-image. Be bold about finding them — and laughing at them.
