*shudder* I once saw something similar with a KFC worker. She had a very nasty burn, and rather than treat it with proper first aid, they sent her to the local grocery store (where I was) to buy some skin cream. It’s disgraceful.
Good grief. But at least they didn’t send you to the store for *butter* for the burn. Grease is the last thing you want on there.
