This is a replay of Wednesday night’s live edition of Planet Waves FM, which focused on the solar eclipse in Scorpio, Mercury stationing direct, and a diversity of themes and subjects that our many callers brought to the conversation. We talk about the progressed horoscope, what it is and how to use it; horary astrology; and why you want to ask your clients a few questions before you try to read the chart. There are no musical breaks, just a lot of dialog between me and our subscribers.

I listened in until 01:30 my time, then I had to go to bed! There were a few sound hiccups to begin with but the questions were interesting, and what I heard was entertaining and thought-provoking as usual.

It was funny hearing Eric talking about the pattern phenomenon in clients. I’ve done a few fairs recently where I give short readings, and at each event many of my clients tend to have a specific emphasis or aspect common to their charts. Does anyone else experience this?

Eric: It was a little rough at the beginning of the show, hearing you echo down the electronic hallways of skype. The my phone batter ran out one hour into the show, but i was able to dial back in and hear you go overtime in service to your callers. So, in spite of the Mercury retrograde “hiccups” (as Amy put it), you had me hanging on to hear and be inspired every moment.

Amy: Yes, even Robert Hand (in the October/November issue of TMA) has commented on the synchronicity you (and Eric) refer to. The phenomenon obviously goes beyond confirmation bias to affirm the amazing depths of what Mr. Hand refers to a the “overwhelming efficacy” of astrology.

Because of a scheduling conflict, I didn’t get to participate in last night’s call-in, though I think I gained as much in listening to the recording as I might’ve had I been on the call. I have a gazillion questions but listening here, I had plenty of ‘em answered. Eric, this is a great service – worth every minute (and dollar), IMV. Your stories (describing your own experiences) are filled with wonderful, informative snippets of information. I can’t take notes fast enough and my natal Mercury in Scorpio says I’ll just have to settle in and listen again. A million thanks! (The eclipse is conjunct my Sun and Venus in the 8th house. Opposite 1992 QB1 — “associated with crossing thresholds into new phases of life and the people who assist the process” — Wow. Just wow.)

I just wanted to chime in and say that I listened to the recording of this show, and other than the one time a caller had her audio turned up too loud in the background, the sound was great. I experienced another kind of synchronicity, which was that several of the callers asked about aspects or placements identical or very similar to ones in my natal chart, so I benefitted from listening to those discussions in a personal way. I love Planet Waves FM. It’s often what I listen to while driving or working around the house.
