Dear Friend and Listener:

In this edition, I cover the first section of the text, called “Principles of Miracles.” This is a list of 50 concepts associated with the topic, beginning with the first and most famous one, “There is no order of difficulty of miracles.” I read them and offer commentary and personal experiences working with the material.

Here’s a direct link to that section of the text.

The program is 59 minutes, with original music from Vision Quest. We will be posting every Sunday night, with some weeks off.

It’s certainly very Christian-centred as a text, isn’t it? But there are some intriguing bits in there – almost Qabalistic in feel. It’ll be interesting to hear what results you got.

It’s totally Christian centered, but the essence is metaphysics, mysticism and psychology.

The framing is Christian, but the logic is definitely not any form you’ve ever heard of. If you have any diversity of knowledge of world religion or spiritual tradition, the parallels are many, and I will be telling the story of how I discovered them.

For those with theological leanings, try The Supreme Identity by Alan Watts. I read that at Miracle Manor and it opened up a huge door. Prior reading by Watts was The Way of Zen, an excellent precursor.
